How long does a grooming session take?

Depending on the breed, coat condition, and chosen treatments, grooming usually takes 2–4 hours. We’ll always let you know the expected timing upon drop-off, and we call or text as soon as your pup is ready to be picked up.

What should I bring with me?

Just bring your pup and their leash or carrier. If your dog has any special products or skin-care needs, feel free to bring them along, and we’ll be happy to use them during the service.

Do you work with anxious or sensitive dogs?

Absolutely. We specialize in creating a calm, gentle, and spa-like environment, taking extra time to help nervous pups feel safe and cared for. Our team uses patience, soothing techniques, and positive reinforcement to ensure a stress-free experience.

How often should grooming be done?

For most breeds, grooming every 4–6 weeks keeps the coat healthy, manageable, and looking elegant. Regular sessions also help maintain skin health and reduce shedding.

Which breeds do you groom?

We welcome all breeds and coat types, from tiny toy poodles to large double-coated breeds. Each dog receives a fully customized grooming plan tailored to their coat, lifestyle, and comfort.

Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

Yes, advance booking is recommended. This ensures we can give each pup the unhurried attention and pampering they deserve in our boutique salon. Same-day appointments may be available depending on schedule.
